A stainless steel reciprocating hopper works in unison with the scale. The conveyor indexes the cartons, and the hopper loads the mini-donuts into the cartons.

Finally, several lines all come together leading to the consolidated packing area. This allows operators to work on several lines, with minimal travel between lines.




                                       
                                        

After loading, the cartons pass through a carton shaker conveyor to settle the donuts prior to the carton closer.
