Indexing conveyors

This conveyor uses an Intralox Series 1100 flush grid belt with adjustable guide-rails, and features an Allen-Bradley servo motor with a Thomson planetary gear speed reducer.

 

Cleated conveyors

Low profile cleated incline conveyors provide a sensible solution to machines that discharge at a low elevation, without the risk of employee back injuries.

 

 Specialty conveyors

Air Draulic will custom design a conveyor system to handle your product, no matter how out-of-the-ordinary. This specialty conveyor features stainless steel trough-style trays fastened to 3 chains inside the conveyor frame.

USDA dairy conveyors

This is a portable conveyor in Type 316 stainless steel with “clean-out” slots.

Packing conveyors

This versatile, all-stainless system allows packing to be done in multiple locations.

Pharmaceutical conveyors

Constructed with Type 316 stainless steel in a #4 polished finish, this conveyor transports filled vials from a filler to a packaging room.
